Refunds Policy

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact CURRY BITES, 193 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7AR, 07956 170006 as soon as possible after delivery.

Because our food is freshly prepared to order, we cannot issue refunds for food that has already been prepared, including where you change your mind, enter the wrong address, are not available to receive the delivery, or no longer want the order once cooking has started.

If the food you receive is incorrect, missing, damaged, spilled, or not of satisfactory quality, please let us know straight away. We may ask for a photo or other details (order number, what arrived, and what was expected) and we may review relevant information such as your order history, what happened at delivery, and information from the delivery driver.

Where an issue is confirmed, our standard resolution is a replacement of the affected item(s) or, if appropriate, a re-delivery. If a replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, we will offer an alternative remedy in line with your legal rights.

Online payments (website/mobile app): if a refund is approved, it will be returned to the same payment method and normally reaches your bank within 5 to 7 days.

Cash payments to the delivery driver: we cannot issue a card refund for cash payments. Any approved refund will be handled by an alternative method agreed with you.
